Curriculum Director/Instructional Coach
The Adrian R-III School District is a four-day school week that is seeking an experienced and dynamic Curriculum Director/Instructional Coach to join our team and play a key role in shaping the academic success of our K-12 students. This position is ideal for an educational leader passionate about curriculum development, teacher coaching, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of the K-12 curriculum across all subject areas.
Support and coach teachers to improve instructional practices, differentiate instruction, and enhance student engagement.
Collaborate with school leaders and staff to align teaching strategies with district goals and state standards.
Provide professional development opportunities to staff, focusing on best practices in pedagogy, assessment, and classroom management.
Analyze student performance data to inform instructional strategies and identify areas for growth.
Ensure that curriculum resources are up-to-date and effectively meet the diverse needs of students.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Education Administration or Curriculum & Instruction preferred.
Experience in curriculum design and teacher coaching is preferred.
Valid teaching certification with at least 5 years of classroom teaching experience.
Strong knowledge of K-12 educational standards, instructional strategies, and student assessment methods.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups and create a supportive learning environment.
